We suggested a re-delivery and the staff Dave insists a redeliver fee! Do I need to charge you for waiting fee? Please get your service standard right! You missed the delivery date you're going to have to work on a day that's work for everyone. Service like this is unacceptable! *Delivery man Anthony Davis was very professional and very helpful. Described what happened. He handled the frustrated customer very well. I only hope the company will have more staff like Mr. Anthony Davis. I only hoped R&L will have more driver like him. He bumped from 1 star to a 4 star.”

“Honestly, I have not done business with this company. I have however, done business with the owner. A company is only as good as the character of its owner. Experience has taught me that this character reflects thru out the entire personality of a company. It is clearly that way at this company. The owner is one of those rare individuals that has genuine integrity. He clearly cares about his customers and his employees. He gives and keeps his word. I have watched him go way past the extra mile to make a customer happy and then proceed to help an employee who was having a tough time. He knows the name and family of every employee and treats each with the same respect. I was privileged to attend a company Christmas party and it was evident how much his employees love him and truly enjoy the work environment he has created. I met some customers and they too sung his praise. You are greeted by this personality by every person you meet within the walls of his building. My company doesn't use big trucks but I would be willing to bet my companies worth that the experience of purchasing and owning a Freightliner from here would be a first class experience the entire way. My business with the owner certainly was. It is clear why his company was voted the best place to work in Houston.”

“Ask for Jimmy, good guy, not your typical pushy sales person.... He's currently trying to locate a truck for me, stayed after hours even though it was clear I was not buying a truck, they didn't have what i was looking for in stock, apparently a 48" sleeper is hard to find, but that's what I need for mostly local fuel with a chance of a long load over night, he still showed me the different sleeper sizes and wheelbases, showed me around, didn't rush me or anything, we got there at closing....”
