I brought my Enclave in for a tune up. I also had brake issues. I also have had some seat issues that I tended to last year. Very poor quality. My back drivers side passenger seat trim pops off and I wanted it fixed. The Service Rep Mike advised the parts were broken. The Service Tech popped them back on and did not replace them. I advised Mark about this and have not heard back. The tune up was fine. The fixed my brakes and a few other items. $1700 later I'm good.
We didn't receive our complimentary car wash. The service representative was very nice and acknowledged that our vehicle was not washed before we left, and offered to take it back to wash it, but we were ready to go. I feel great customer service, would have had this done before. Also, the automated system that sends out text message reminders is not functioning correctly. Before the appointment was set, we had to wait for a loaner vehicle to become available. However soon after I got off my first contact with the service adviser, I started to receive text reminders for an appointment date that had not been set, very confusing and sends a message that your team doesn't' know what they are doing. I feel these are minor situations, that can be easily fixed to allow the continued record of great customer service DeMontrond Buick GMC provides!
Excellent buying experience. Corbin was knowledgeable and always available for follow up questions and providing additional choices and information. The buying experience was hassle-free and helpful.
One of the few privately owned auto dealerships left. Most others locally are owned by Auto Nation even if unadvertised as such.
I have limited experience with sales but in my experience they seemed okay providing the services needed.
Service is where I have the most experience here and their service department is excellent with highly trained personnel, high ranked awards, expertise & certifications.
The sales floor and other areas of the large main building are clean and handicap accessible. I don't know about other areas.
