(March 8, 2019, 9:11 am)Very polite throughout the entire process , specially considering I was always calling asking questions. If I needed any last minute paper work they even allowed me to pick it up after hours to help me get every vital piece of required paper work/form to immigration. I was having to drive 2hours away from my home to where their office is, and they were always very understanding/flexible with times.
Very organized.
The only thing I would improve is the callback times. I would often leave messages with the receptionist for the lawyer or his assistant to call me back, and sometimes I never got a callback. -
