  1st, start off with the bedroom, from my understanding they are getting a remodel & that will do this place wonders. I had a water leak under my bathroom sink, reported it to the manager TJ and the Maintenance guy Craig( whom I got a chance to speak to as he was fixing the minor problem, was very polite & was in & out within 10 mins with the problem fixed) I was lucky enough to speak with this gentleman for the time he was fixing my plumbing issue & it was though I was speaking to a Google Assistant in person. He told me about good places to eat in the area if I was looking for a quick bite & was extremely progrssional & polite. I felt safe on the property. 2nd, the excelent staff, TJ, Mrgaret, Craig & the maids(who I unfortunately was not here to get their name) did a fantastic job making me feel at ease & at home. I will be back when my company brings me back to this side. Very much thank you for everything.

  I am the type of person who reads through comments until i decide if I am going to visit an establishment. I see people complaing about getting only 1 roll of toilet paper when they checked in and not getting new towels every week. It's explained to you at the beginning, BEFORE you check in. There is a Walmart right down the road where I was able to pick up all these amenities at a very low price and grocery shop as well. I enjoyed my stay, stayed a couple months, actually. I told the Maintenance guy Greg or Craig that I had to leave for business and that I would definitely be back. I almost forgot, the Managers TJ and Margaret made me feel right at home, never cheated me out of money and when the weekly price dropped, they actually dropped my rate on their own. Now how many other Manager's @ an extended stay hotel would do something like that? Very polite & will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality & answering all the questions I had.

  I just dropped off some guests but the staff I saw was great. The grounds were very clean. Convenient to the airport.

  Had a good stay. Everyone that worked there was pleasant & I felt very safe. Alot of these reviews must be old or from old management/workers. I will be back again. It's like an efficiency apt. People giving low ratings for not receiving extra supplies, you are told that when you check in. If you're complaining about that, maybe pay attention to what's being told to you from the very beginning instead of ignoring what's being told to you!
