(February 5, 2018, 2:23 pm)Kristina and associates spent 3 hours helping me get my phone, iPad & watch set up after it was stolen. They give outstanding customer service. I am grateful for their help at a time I needed it.
(January 22, 2018, 9:05 pm)Wonderful and warm customer service, nice facility. I switched from T-Mobile. It’s obviously more expensive but the service is better. I have just a little constructive criticism. First, I was told the pull on my credit would be a soft pull, turned out to be a hard pull, not a huge deal but worth pointing out the difference. Second, we were told we couldn’t sign up for insurance on our phones since we didn’t buy them there but after downloading the app I was able to add it to both of my lines.
