Been living here for 13 months so far and everything has been good. My fan in the refrigerator went out in the afternoon one day, maintenance came out that evening checked it, got the parts and fixed it first thing the next morning. I've had a few other issues and they normally get resolved quickly.
I love my unit and the price is pretty affordable. The staff is great and the units are big. If your looking for river oaks like most of these people who write bad reviews you're in the wrong place. People have some sense know where you are in life and be realistic.
