The nurse and PA make you feel at ease for whatever problem you have at that time I highly recommend the Heights location to my family and friends. -

(April 11, 2019, 7:15 pm)Love, love, love MedSpring! I came as a walk-in for a cold. Carmen at the front was very welcoming, my wait was less than 5 minutes. My nurse was very nice, Hazel, she was asking detailed questions about my symptoms and her listening skills are on point! And my doctor, Mrs. George was very nice, professional, and very accurate and detailed with how she wanted to treat my sinus infection! And although I felt sick, their kindness made me feel better. 5 stars

(March 28, 2019, 7:57 am)I knew they were going to be good upon meeting Linda at the front desk. She is a very nice and personable individual that was very helpful. There were numerous people ahead of me and I was a first timer and a walk-in. So, I understood that it was going to take a little bit more time. Didn’t bother me too much as the waiting area is nice and has lots of windows unlike your more traditional doctors’ office. Once inside the exam room I was met with a very courteous doctor and assistant. Definitely going back there again the next time I am feeling ill.

(February 26, 2019, 10:09 pm)Even though my wait time said 3 hours. I was in and out within half of that time. I was greeted by Gaby and Julia ran my tests and Adriana got my vitals. Mrs George did my treatment plan. My visit was so quick I did not realize that I had been there for an hour and a half. Great efficient staff !

(February 21, 2019, 4:16 pm)The ladies did a wonderful job. I was greeted by Adriana with a smile, she took me to my room fairly quick. Deanna took my vitals. I tested positive for flu and Dr George was brief and descriptive about my treatment. Julia provided me my discharge paperwork and she went through my instructions and made sure I had no more questions. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends here.
