Incredible instruction, the workout was intense but fun, the place was spotless and the workout was efficient at 45 minutes. I will most definitely be back. Also the music is fantastic. These guys did a miracle and made running on a treadmill fun.
(October 29, 2018, 11:29 am)Great concept and gym. The classes are very dynamic and full of energy.The studio is clean, offers plenty of parking and the amenities are also great (smoothie shop, lockers, towel service, shower, apparel boutique). Definitely a good option if you want to get in shape!
(October 2, 2018, 9:43 pm)An amazing, challenging workout every time. Encouraging and motivating instructors. Impeccable clean. Great amenities. Incredibly welcoming to first timers. Classes are modifiable and appropriate for everyone.
