  I brought my son because he had a cough. And Dr. Thakkar treated us so nicely and I was so happy as well. The other day my son was seen by her daughter Dr. Pankaj and she was also nice! Love their office!

  I have had dr thakkar as my kids pediatrician for almost 8yrs now... I recently moved to texas city and i refuse to change drs. I will make that drive just to come see them they are amazing drs they never overlook anything... If you have a concern about your childs health they do what it takes to ease your worries!!!!

  Love Dr. Thakkar she has genuine care for her patients. She's my kids first doctor starting in August 2000 and still my kids doctor.

  First appointment of this year for my daughter was very different from our last appointment there last year. The waiting room was not crowded and wait time was within average. The doctors, nurses, and medical students were very nice. All of our concerns were addressed. The doctors are straight forward and kind. The doctors said to my daughter they are very proud of her for all her accomplishments. That was very nice. It’s good for all of us to hear it from other people besides your parents.
  
  I agree with some of the reviews here about front desk staffs especially that main one. I didn’t get her name but she is very unprofessional with no customer service skills. The first appointment as new check in patient she said I had to wait because she’s on break and our second appointment I wanted to make a 6 months appointment she said just call back in 6 months.
