  Very busy on Saturday at 5PM. Service is very good despite this being a busy time for senior citizens who eat here. The food is always very consistent. Portions are generous and they offer reduced portions options or plate sharing upon request.

  My husband and I first time eating there, the food was very good. The waitress Liz was very professional and friendly. We are definitely coming back.

  You'll feel like you have stepped back in time. They seem to have maintained the same decor since they opened. The food is very good too. Always has been. I've been eating here since I was a kid. (decades ago).

  Barbecue Inn has been here since 1946. If you don't appreciate old school then you may not appreciate Barbecue Inn. I, however, love it. We visit often and love the staff. I am told the barbecue is very good but I've never eaten it. But the seafood is great, the chicken fried steak and chicken fried chicken breast are excellent. The salad is iceberg and tomato. Nothing is overly seasoned - nor should it be in this restaurant. They have been in business since 1946 so they are doing something right. It is a bit like stepping back in time which is another reason I love it. We like to go for late lunch or early dinner and one day I promise to order the barbecue.
