Russo's New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen - The Heights

My experience started with a fabulous customer service by Bryan.

As we walked in we were greeted by Bryan, he was taking a phone order but still managed to make us known he had seen us. Once he completed his call he greeted us with a smile and great attitude.
We chose to sit outside as the weather was fabulous. He right away came and took or order. Our pizza came out great, no greasy and just yummy.
Overall we will come here again. Bryan always had a great smile in his face for all questions we had for him.

I went to Russo's on a Thursday afternoon to let the traffic die down. I had 2 glasses of Moscato and a slice of pizza. It was refreshing. I really enjoyed the service from the waitstaff. Very attentive. I will definitely be going back.

This place is our go to date night spot! Pasta is delicious, garlic knots are yum & did I mention $3 house wine! Luis is so sweet some of the best customer service we've ever gotten! Jerry is great too!
