  I call cause I had an issue with my data and I just paid my bill yesterday.. i watched two episode of supernatural in on Netflix. I got back on and 10 min later I get a message stating i had no more data... the help I received was beyond any help at any place. They helped me with a new and better plan and a few buck cheaper.. this location I give 10 stars but I can on rate a 5.. i didn't get the name of the gentlemen who help me but anyone shoes them this or u guys trying to see who helped. I'm the customer who called his wife to confirm the actions to change out plan and a few features I never really use.. yall are good people and I recommend this place over the my metro pcs in bear creek... oh this was all done over the phone.. the best help I can say I ever got any place I've done business with. Thanks guys
