Jerry came out within the ETA I was given, quickly found the issue with my rental truck and then when my rental company told me they couldn't get the part till the next day "some time" he called around and found the part, picked it up, and had my truck running before I left the office so my driver could do his FL load. Jerry was very professional, shook my hand & thanked me for business, worked hard the whole time he was here, and gave me the impression he just loves his job. I was very impressed, mobile mechanics aren't typically friendly or outgoing with the customer service but this guy was. Found my new go to mobile mechanic. ”
