I was immediately greeted by all the current members taking away that "should I act cool" mentality and I immediately felt like I was a part of the family. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if they invited me to thanksgiving. The owners are so nice and helpful. They motivate you to give your absolute best.

The structure of each class feels perfect, I look forward to coming each day no matter the programming. Everyone at CrossFit 2370 is supportive and we embrace new members on their fitness journey no matter what level. After 3 years of being with Grindstone and transitioning to Enspiren I'm still psyched to attend each workout!

As mentioned below, I highly recommend to anyone wanting to try CrossFit out for the first time as well as those who are already experienced in CrossFit. Their programming is amazing and the environment of the athletes is so welcoming and kind. ❤️
