Jackie is great. Thank you. My wife finally received glasses she can see with, after always going for 2 fer Dr. and glasses. Never overbooked her and the Dr. take their time with you .
Have been here before and since I live in Spring Branch went back. Picked up my glasses today and I love,love them. This place is fantastic. Love haveing a dependable friendly place to go to get my glasses.
My wife is in a powerchair due to MS. She ran over her eyeglasses. The lenses didn't break but the frame was horribly mangled, including a broken screw. I took the glasses to Spring Woods Eye Center. Dr Sturdevant and Jackie were so helpful and nice. The doctor went right to work on them. Since I had to go to work, I left the glasses there. They were repaired later that same day and they didn't charge us anything! I was certain we were going to have to buy new frames. The frames look brand new, I don't know how they did it, but they did. Because of this I'm always going there for my glasses. It's rare to find that kind of quality and service nowadays!
To be honest, the first time I went there, I received a super fast attention and a very well made eye work. The second time I run into a reschedule situation. But nothing to be considered out of bad recommendation. Thanks Mrs Jackie! Great customer service.
I've been going to this doctor since I was a child, Dr. Sturdevant does a wonderful job and the staff is extremely nice, I couldn't ask for a better place
