Lisa, I currently work at spinning wheel and we stand behind our work 100%. I know just about every single shop has multiple finishers. Please verify finishing and if it was indeed our finishing we would like to see the issues at hand and correct them. We never want to see or hear that our customers are dissatisfied and I hope you aren't mistaking our finishing with another finisher. Please let us know if your pieces were done by us since we do not have any history of your pieces entering our shop. We checked our records and only have one TCU piece with your name on it from 2015.

About 30 people attended the April tour at The Spinning Wheel Shop north of Wisconsin Dells. It is quite evident that they put a lot of love and extraordinary talent into producing their product. The Santas were bought at The Needle and Canvas, stitched by the members and many other local non-members and finished by The Spinning Wheel Shop in Houston, Texas. They were donated to the new Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home which opened in December 2006.
