This place has discovered a great synergy between HIT and Yoga. I am over 40 and had issues running due to my weight. The HIT training combined with yoga allowed me to lose enough weight to begin running again.
The combination of the two systems balanceS strength, conditioning, and flexibility, allowing for safer gains in all three areas.

I have been a number of Yoga Athletex for about 8 months. I’ve tried several different types of memberships to Jim’s and other circuit training clubs. I’ve had the best luck with this facility. I’ve dropped significant visceral fat and dropped my body fat percentage by 1.5 percent. The staff is knowledgeable and dedicated. The groups are small and well organized. I would highly recommend for anybody who is interested in becoming fit and more mindful.

I’ve been coming to Yoga Athletex for 2+ years now, and I have loved the welcoming environment and sense of community they provide! Kalynn and Patricia are so knowledgeable about what they’re teaching, and I’ve watched them connect with and encourage the growth of athletes of all ages! Their workouts are fun and tough, and their yoga classes are peaceful and enlightening. Would highly recommend!
