(March 5, 2019, 7:49 pm)They live up to their name of BIG! Huge place with showers, lockers, mat & towel rentals. The whole place was very clean, and had very friendly staff at the front desk. I took Janan’s class, and it was awesome! Janan kept things upbeat, and the class was good for all levels. Also if it’s your first time, you get free mat & towel rentals. I’ll be back next time I’m in Houston!

(March 20, 2018, 11:42 pm)Best yoga studio in Houston! Great energy and friendly yoga instructors who will push you your edge and constantly encourage you. You’ll definitely work up a sweat and the towel at the end is a great way to end the class.
(September 27, 2017, 11:44 am)Love! Big Power yoga my new favorite yoga studio. They offer kids yoga at the same time as adult yoga, no need for a sitter. The cold towel offered after a session is a lovely addition. shower rooms are so pretty too. Lots of Love throughout the facility. Instructors are friendly.

Big Power Yoga's second location is in a 1970s era office park originally designed by Richard Fitzgerald for Hines Interests in Spring Valley just west of the 610 Loop. A long, wide central corridor serves as a community space, linking the yoga studios, changing rooms, and juice bar.
