  Please take this review with a grain of salt. This is my experience and not representative of other prior/future experiences. I am a student at time of this purchase and writing.

  I had been in the market looking at used cars within a budget of 4500+ registration costs.
  
  Car Zone Motors had a 2011 Nissan Altima which I was interested in. I visited the place with a friend who had more knowledge about cars and we test drove it. We knew the brakes and tires had to be replaced.
  
  Visually, the car was in good condition with the rear bumper in need of a buff and the right side having minor (normal use case scenario) dents - nothing too major and barely noticeable.
  
  Most of my interaction up until this point was NOT with Joseph, but his friend at the dealership. He took my DL to let me go test drive the car.
  
  We asked the dealership if the car was-
  1. A clean blue title
  2. Ever been flooded
  
  To which the response was YES and NO. I am yet to receive the title (which Joseph said he'll send me in the mail) and during an inspection by a Nissan dealership, I found out it did have a bit of sand in the bottom (hard to reach and clean places) of the engine compartment. The car also had a broken Wiper washer fluid reservoir and damaged right CV Boot. This is likely as a result of a previous minor frontal impact the car had (as shown in the CARFAX).
  
  The rear brakes were completely worn off along with one tire and another tire had a hole in it. The car was listed for $5250 with 117208 miles on it.
  I knew my budget and told Joseph's friend (who I met at the dealership) that I couldn't go over 4750 + registration (which is roughly 9.5% of the cost of the car - including Tax 6.25%, license and registration)
  
  I came back the next day to see the documents prepared listed the car at $4606 + about $414 in registration costs. An additional~180 dollars was added on as documentation fees + extras to bring the round figure to $5200 - which I had Agreed to pay.
  
  When I collected the car and drove to my friends place, I discovered the KEY FOB of the car wasn't working (out of batteries) and that really rubbed me the wrong way as it was working just the day before and made me apprehensive of what unknown problems may I face in the coming future.
  
  As I mentioned earlier, I had the tires and brakes replaced so in total I ended up spending $5200+$240 = $5440
  
  Car performance:
  
  Really good to be honest. I have not faced any issues with the working of the car at it's core. The AC/heater, Lights, Boot funtions, media center and all work great.
  One curious thing I did notice is that my trim (Altima 2.5S ) had a rear camera attached but no screen in the car - so I'm not sure about that part if the module
  Was swapped out at some point in it's lifetime.
  
  I hope this is a good representation of what I experienced. Again, this is my experience and I am happy with the car at the end of it. I understand it will come with it's own list of problems (minor or major) and that's how the auto world works.
  
  Would I recommend Car Zone Motors? I'm not sure yet, but if they have a good deal on a car and now with my experience of buying from them, I would still consider them but not outright tell someone to run straight to them and them only - honest feedback. Keeping options open is good.

  I came to Joseph for a new car and I can tell you that I have never experienced better service. While on the test drive Joseph explained everything to me and how the car works he was very patient and thorough. The staff was great and had my car buffed and clean for me. Brenda was very sweet as well. I will be returning in the future. Thank you Joseph for my awesome car buying experience. I totally love my car!

  Over a month ago I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, and I absolutely love it!
  Joseph has not only been professional but has been more than welcome to help me with any little thing I may need. The financing Bank that we originally signed for, out of nowhere declined all new loans because of the sudden hurricane Harvey incident. He not only warned me not to pay them but got me set up with a new loan agency with not only a shorter term but now I'm also saving a few bucks every month from my monthly payments!
  Quick, Easy and more importantly KIND.

  Bought a 2006 BMW X3 in excellent driving and visual condition, Joseph, the owner, personally accompanied me on a 10+ mile test drive and showed my every detail about what would eventually become my car.
  The day that I brought the car home, it started experiencing problems with smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. Joseph went out of his way in more ways than one to make sure that the repairs, as well as me and my families peace of mind were taken care of.
  I am confident that what I experienced with my vehicle was a freak accident and would recommend Car Zone Motors and Joseph to anyone in the used car market. the inventory as well as the service were well above average.
