I am from out of town working in the area and my screw came loose on my glasses. I stopped in and they replaced the screw in my glasses with a larger one so it would not come loose again, at no charge. Very nice people and clean office.
Went to Eyecare for you upon a recommendation of a friend and have been going here for many years since. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and gave me honest and good advice on frames. I would definitely recommend.
Dr. Pham and her staff are all so amazing. I have been going here for 10 years and each year I leave with a stylish pair of new glasses. I couldn't be more happy with their professional service! Highly recommend!
Been going here for YEARS and they have always been super helpful every single time I've been there. Multiple times my glasses have broken because I always sit on them, and the workers here have always helped me out by fixing them when they can. One time I needed glasses ASAP because I was driving blind since I forgot my glasses in Dallas and they were able to get me glasses the same day (only because of the frame I chose and my vision isnt terrible). Everyone here is super super nice and understanding when it comes to anything! They've never overcharged me for anything and the prices for copay are listed on the insurance too so I don't know what the other person is talking about.
