  I've been with ECCU for a long time because the service is great. Serena helped me out today with a custom request. It was important to get this done today, and even though it was completely custom and out of the blue, she handled quickly, professionally, and in a friendly way. Not the first time I've had to do this. Couldn't be happier with ECCU.

  Corynn went above and behind to ensure that our auto loan package included everything we wanted with the best possible interest rate. She was honest and straightforward with us the whole time, and it wasn’t a short amount of time either. That was in no way due to the wonderful ladies at Energy Capital Credit Union, the dealership was to blame on that. But, Corynn didn’t let that stop her from helping us get the best deal. We will never go through a dealership for financing another vehicle again. Capitol Credit Union has found themselves some lifelong customers.

  I called with concerns about my account and the fact the bank does not have a deposit option on their ATM machines for after hours. Kristina was very patient, informative and understanding. She helped me with my account and stated she would sent to her leadership my concerns. After speaking with her she sent me a follow up email and called to ensure me my concerns were addressed. Great customer service wins with me every time. I appreciate ECCU for having someone in place like Kristina.

  Customer Service was extremely helpful in helping me resolve a fraudulent charge. They kept me informed of the process, and were very attentive to my needs. An A+ in customer service!
