  My experience with Amerisigns was great. My wife and I moved from the west coast here to Houston in December to be closer to family. We were business owners for several years out west and have purchased channel letters for our businesses in the past. The whole process out west usually takes about 10 days, so when we started calling sign companies in this area for our business here in Texas, we were very disappointed because everyone was saying it would take a few days just for a quote, then the whole process would be 4-6 weeks. We were extremely upset until we stumbled upon Amerisigns online. We spoke to Dean and he was the only one to give us a quote on the phone when we first called. We know what these signs cost and so we knew his quote was a very good price. I was so relieved that I asked him if he would come to the site that day. We set an appointment for 300. When I met him, he seemed to very nice and honest. He got out his laptop and designed the channel letter sign right on the spot. He said that our sign would be the brightest at night out of everyone in the shopping center(which includes several restaurants, Kroger,, banks, and several stores. He explained the process to me and said that he could have our sign up in about a week. I was hoping that if it wasn't a week, that it would be 2 weeks at the longest. I paid him half of the money after our property mgt approved of the sign, and then we moved on to other preparations for our business. I was shocked when I received a call from Dean 6 days later in the morning asking me if they could install the sign that afternoon. We agreed of course. He sent 2 guys over with all of the equipment and channel letters. They were very knowledgeable about the signs, and they were very communicative with me before every step was taken asking for my approval. When they finished, our sign looked beautiful, and just like Dean said, when it got dark our sign is the brightest one around. We are very happy and satisfied with Amerisigns, Dean, and the other employees that came to install it. I highly recommend Amerisigns to anyone that needs signwork and that doesn't have several weeks to wait for their sign to be put up. Great Price, great customer service, and Great looking sign.
