  Easy and fast check-in had me on the way quickly. Fun week with a nice, new car. The return was the challenge. I was rushed in like a lamb to the slaughter. The check-in guy was hovering over me like he was in a hurry. There was another person moving my luggage because she wanted me out. I left a really nice drink cooler in the car because I felt like I couldn't make one last check (and I know they weren't going to check for me). A little patience would have been nice. However, overall it was a good experience.

  Alec and his staff were phenomenal! When the car I wanted was whisked away by another customer, they searched their lot and car wash until they found me another. Alec even recommended a couple of good restraunts to check out while in town. This is the best service I have received at any rental site other than my hometown where they know me.
  This was great service by the whole team and goes to show what an impact the right leader can have on your business. Thank you Alec, the food was great, and I'll see you on my next trip to Houston

  Recently rented a mid-size car from National. As an Emerald Club member, I was able to reserve, bypass the counter and pick my vehicle from the Emerald Aisle. The vehicle was clean, ready to go and the agent at the exit booth expedited our departure. Upon returning I was greeted by a very friendly employee who reminded me to check the vehicle for my belongings and promptly printed my receipt and thanked me for my business.
  Great experience from start to finish, excellent customer service.
