  We picked up my wife’s vehicle which was a courtesy delivery, this usually means you just grab the keys and leave due to the dealer not really making any kind of money off the process.
  
  Andre went above and beyond, taking his time to review the vehicle with my wife and making sure we had everything covered.
  
  I’ve worked in the industry for sometime now and like most Sewell stores these guys have the process down and on point. I would recommend the Sewell group as a whole to anyone shopping in the market, and if you are looking for a knowledgeable expert on Infiniti ask for Andre when you arrive.

  Kudos to Kevin Scales! We all know the car buying process is less then enjoyable but Kevin made it a blast. My husband and I told Kevin what we wanted, the price range we wanted stay in and Kevin delivered! The process was made simple and dare I say fun. Kevin has definitely gained a life long customer. We are pleased be joining the Sewell family! If you decide to visit Sewell do yourself a favor and ask for Kevin Scales!

  I thought my truck was washed really well until the next day and saw a bunch of spots that was missed. But it's still a good place to get a free car wash. That comes with the purchase of any car or truck used or new and you can tell that the people that work there have been through extensive training. They are well-mannered polite and seem to do anything for you. I wish a lot of other companies would see there business plan. These people know how to treat their customers well

  This review serves to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service we received from "Oscar Guzman". It is difficult to trust and establish a relationship with dealers these days. But Oscar went above and beyond. He greeted us with a smile and was very pleased with me and my wife. He was very customer service oriented and has a great knowledge of the car buying experience.

  In and out in less than 3 hours! James Kelly and staff made sure we had the ultimate experience. We knew we wanted to buy from Sewell because of their stellar reputation, so filled out our paperwork a few days ahead of time. Everything was ready when we arrived at the dealership and we left satisfied customers. The followup phone calls from James and another lady were very appreciated as well, making sure we were happy. Thanks Sewell for a wonderful experience!
