  I have nothing but nice things to say about beresford funeral. When my little brother passed they honestly helped me so much. He was our first death in the family in houston so ofcourse we where clueless on what to even do. This was the first funeral I was dealing with so I did not know anything. Beresford was recommended by a friend of mine. So from the first time I called them they immediately gave me a warm heartfelt feeling. When we actually when in and spoke to them the first time Mike took his time so explain everything to me. He never tried to upsell me instead he would ask what we wanted. He also took his time and explained other things after a passing of someone things that did not have to do with the funeral but instead how a burial works what they do at church ect... the day of the service e my brother looked as handsome as always. They really helped him look just as he always did. Just handsome... during the funeral arraignments I would forget to call Mike back because I was so overwhelmed with everything going on.. well Mike would call me to remind me about the smallest things. This definitely helped me out so much. We honestly couldn't of picked a better place. The whole place is neat and very clean as well as not to big but not to small. Very very pleased with everything. Thank you so much Mike and beresford funeral services... due to the horrible circumstances I got to meet some great helpful people. Thank you.

  My wife and I attended a funeral at a country cemetery in early November. The setting and the arrangements struck a chord with us. It was all so serene and comforting. I chatted with the funeral director. We couldn’t have imagined that our son would die just a week later at the age of 43.
  The prospect of preparing a funeral can be intimidating, and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. I researched and made calls to the more widely known funeral homes. Frankly, the cost of their services was scary. Of course, we wanted a nice service, but looking long term, providing for our son’s widow and four children takes priority.
  I remembered the Beresford name from speaking with the funeral director the previous week. The Beresford website was very clear, and their prices were so much more reasonable than those cited by the big-name funeral homes. Beresford offered prices we could handle.
  Chip Beresford met with us that Saturday afternoon. Here’s the best part. There are a lot of little details to consider. The website lists most of them. Chip explained our options for each one. He gave us the pros and cons for each option. He told us about things that are required and let us know if something is not required. The man knows his business. Never once, did he push a choice on us in his favor.
  Beresford coordinated with us over the coming days. William and Ron handled the church and graveside services. Everyone I spoke to was impressed by their professionalism and cordial demeanor.
  I told William that I plan to recommend Beresford. It’s been three days since the funeral. I told a coworker today that if he ever finds himself planning a funeral, I have a suggestion. Beresford.

  When my dad passed away, my mom was on a tight budget and they helped us stay within her budget. Beresford was there for us during our loss; patiently coordinating with our church and funeral home. The employees were so helpful especially William, Chip and Mike! Everyone were amazing!! Thank you Beresford!!

  Beresford was great - a family owned business & it showed - we got personal attention & all our questions answered - even phone calls & emails replied to over the weekend by the owner or his son. Their limo & hearse were brand new Cadillacs - they do not cut corners - we were able to give our father the dignity he deserved - yet somehow they do not charge the outrageous prices the corporate homes charge. The owner's son came to direct all the proceedings at our church & graveside & did a perfect job. We have no complaints & were very satisfied. They also had several other staff on site at the church & graveside to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We also had 3 price levels to choose from - even the highest was way less than the corporate homes - with the ability to add a la carte items to all 3. I was so grateful to Beresford on so many levels for the way they handled all the details of my father's funeral.
