  I was pleased when I made an unexpected visit to this location. I was trying to conduct business at another location (nearby home) and which I was informed that the phone I wanted was not in stock and was informed to give them an hour to have the phone delivered. I then checked back with them 2hrs later to discover the phone was not in yet, It began to rain so I waited until the rain stopped before paying a visit to the store. Upon my arrival I was told that the phone was still not there, this was a total of 3 hrs of waiting. I then informed them to cancel my request for the phone and now I'm upset. I searched for a another nearby location. Once I arrived to the new location upset but not taking it out on the 2nd location, I explained my previous experience and the staff was very helpful in solving my problem and they had the phn I was looking for and then advised me of the upgrade benefits for my line. I was totally satisfied with the staff for assisting with my needs.. I departed this location satisfied and will return for future purchases.. Thanks guys????
