  My husband and I struggled to conceive especially having PCOS and was referred to the Cooper Institute by a colleague who had the same issue but had a success story! I called to make an appointment and was quickly scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Chuong had great bedside manner and thoroughly explained what my husband and I could do to help our chances. He didn't immediately jump to the most expensive procedure (IVF) but really vetted all of our options. We got pregnant after our first IUI procedure! Not only that, the staff, Desiree and Annie, were amazing through the whole process. They always answered texts/calls and emails in a quick and timely manner. No question was silly or dumb and believe me, I work in healthcare and I've never worked with such amazing people!! Dr. Chuing and his staff are phenomenal and would highly recommend him and his team! You won't be disappointed in the level of service and care they provide. They always made me feel like I was the most important person there and really I am going to miss them! They've been so supportive and even correspond with me after we got pregnant.   Dr. Chuong and his staff are excellent with patient care. I came in not knowing what to expect with my fertility issues and I never felt uncomfortable under their care. Their are very thorough with testing and good with filing with insurance as well.
  Under Dr. Chuong's care and the care of Dr. Wendy (my acupuncturist), I was able to conceive naturally in less than 60 days. I was very happy with the result!
  I have always find it challenging to find doctors with good staff members but here, I like the balance. I trusted the care I was given both by the staff and by Dr. Chuong. We've build quite an excellent relationship with them over time. I'm actually sad to leave the practice!
  I also think it's very helpful that I can text to the office directly with questions and they will follow up with me on test results or other related items.

  It is the best fertility clinic I have ever been in my life. From the doctor all the way to the nurses, they provide you with warm and cheerful environment. I came from Europe almost with no hope of conceiving after three trials and two miscarriage With no success. I was sad and devastated. The doctor with his stuff made you feel welcome and with a lot of hope.
  If you want success you should come here. Don’t spend your money anywhere else, I promise. I have spent a lot, I mean a lot of money in Europe and a famous clinic in California, Santa Monica fertility clinic and I wasted my time and my mental well being.
  I love it and I always going to recommend it to the people I know. I am four month pregnant and I am the happiest person alive. Thank you Dr. Chuong and your wonderful staff. God bless you all.

  Dr.Chuong and staff, we want to thank you all for the care we have received in your office. You all have answered all of our questions and wasted no time in helping us achieve our dream. We appreciate your patience and professionalism that was given while under your care. We still have a long road ahead of us and I’m so close to graduating from your office hehe but it’s all thanks to you! Thank you again!

  I'm 43 and I was trying to get pregnant for about 4 years and Dr Chuong helped me with success. He's very professional and his staff as well, they care genuinely about the patients. My baby is 2 months and I highly recommend Dr Chuong.
