  I have been a member of a number of Crossfit gyms across a few states over the years and Altus certainly ranks high on a number of dimensions. Most importantly, the coaches are all fantastic - knowledgeable, east to talk to, detail oriented (will show you pictures to improve form regularly), and great all around people. The programming is also great - whether you are a beginner or more advanced. They also do a great job of creating a community environment. Highly recommend Altus.

  Coach Dane and Sean are always motivated and eager to teach! After every class I'm usually sore for about 2-3 days which means that they did their job correctly. Definetly worth it!

  I started going to Crossfit Altus in the fall, and I have been very pleased with my experience thus far. I work close to the Bradshaw Fitness Center, so driving in from Katy early to workout and still be in the office by 7 am has been perfect for my schedule. I would highly recommend it!

  I have been at CrossFit Altus for several months now and it has made me love CrossFit again! Since I had not done CrossFit in almost 9 months I was worried about starting back! Coach Dane was great at selecting weights and scaling the workouts that would still be a good/safe challenge while easing me back into working out again. I typically go during lunch and enjoy being in the noon class, its a much needed break during the work day! Being able to take a shower at the facility is a huge plus that allows me to workout during the day. Since CrossFit Altus is a newer box it has been great to be apart of its growth and watch the close community of the box form!

  Just recently switched to CrossFit Altus from another Branded Box. Absolutely love it. Coach Dane is very knowledgable the assistant coaches are equally qualified and helpful. Altus facility is new and is attached to the Bradshaw Athletic Facility which is an absolute luxury. For my off days I have access to an indoor pool as well as a recovery therapy pool. Love Cross Fit Altus!
