  Natalie and her team are amazing and very transparent. I don't understand insurance no matter how hard I try, but they are easy to communicate with and I trust them all the way.

  Natalie Barry and her team do a great job. Natalie is super helpful and explains the different coverages and insurances in a way that makes it understandable. Natalie always takes time to answer all of my questions and she is easy to reach either through phone or email. I'll definitely recommend Natalie Barry and State Farm.

  Super helpful and her staff is great! Natalie is from a family of insurance agents and knows what she’s talking about. I just moved to Houston & this was the first time setting up my own insurance. She took time explaining it to me answered all my questions. Thank you!

  Natalie and her dedicated staff helped to get to know me. They then customized the policies and explained the coverages to me. I had no idea I had that much at risk. If you drive your car in Houston, give her and her team a call. There's a reason there are so many personal injury attorneys popping up all over Houston. Natalie will make sure one never contacts you!

  Recently Sasha Arrendo assisted me in making a collision claim with a competing insurance company. Sasha provided information which resulted in me being empowered when I spoke to the insurance company of the driver who rear ended my vehicle. I was consistently being "blown off" by this other company, however with the information Sasha provided prior to making that phone call, I was able to speak intelligently and knowingly what I expected to be happening. NOT what they were trying to get out of. Having that knowledge helped save at least two to three weeks and kept this other company accountable. I appreciate Sasha going the extra mile and providing the information I needed to save time and energy during this collision claim. I have always received the utmost respect and incredible service from this agency, no matter who I speak with. Thank you!
