I really appreciated the physician taking time to explain her findings to me and offering some helpful suggestions on how to reduce further pain.

(November 1, 2018, 8:19 pm)Dr. Fernando is a wonderful doctor. She has good bedside manners. When explaining diagnosis and procedures, she is clear and easy to understand. She willingly answers all questions (no matter how simple). She truly cares about her 'people'. She treats you as a person and not just a patient. She interacts and works with the nurses/techs/office personnel with respect.
I recommend Concentra on Kirby. -

(October 26, 2018, 9:41 am)The staff at Concentra have been very helpful and nice to me. I had a bad ankle injury that occurred at work, and Dr. Fernando has provided me with exceptional service. The front office staff, Sidney and Keisha, are personable and friendly. I can’t forget the physical therapy staff under Jenny’s supervision. They helped me rehabilitate my ankle and for that I am grateful. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The Physical therapy dept was also great! Their therapist got me back in shape! Feel like a new person! Thanks to the whole staff! ????
