I arrived early and waited among the twenty or so which grew to more than thirty. About 15 minutes before opening, two staff members came out and had everyone form into five different lines according to the services needed. Mine was to replace a lost SSN Card.
The doors opened on time. I was in and out in under half an hour! The staff were professional, courteous, and knowledgable.
This location was much better than its "Northern" sister station. Also, having researched online for what documents were needed greatly reduced the processing time.
his place is highly organized and very efficient. I just replaced my card. Took no time to wait. Big surprise!
I was at this location 2day and security was super awesome and helful very nice. It was much more big and cleaner than the league city office. I will rather take the extra drive to this office than to ever go back to the league city office only because of their security...
Very efficient! Most folks get there early (before 8 am) to line up outside. Nice security folks will sort you into different lines around 8:45 am depending on what you need. For a replacement card (including a name change), you usually get in first. I was out by 9:15 am, very easy with proper documentation. When I left the name change line was empty, so if you are going for a simple replacement card you may be able to arrive later with no issues. Do your research beforehand to be prepared with the right forms and documents!
