    I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. At the grand opening, I literally spent half my day there and may or may not have gone twice. ???? Everyone was So kind, patient, generous and in good spirits. From the customers to the staff. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into the entire experience. From the recipes, to the way that there were multiple runs to the stores for more ingredients throughout the day instead of just saying we were out. Def one of my top picks for vegan options in the city. Also wanted to add that the menu is gluten free and the cupcakes and muffins were sugar free. That attention to detail for both health and flavor as well as good for the planet and the animals is rare and stunningly beautiful. Much gratitude.

    I have never experienced a restaurant so perfect in every category until now. Soul Food Vegan has the most delicious, flavorful, unique vegan dishes, as well as a cool vibe, great music that you don’t hear everyday in Houston, and good conscious people. I literally sat in line for an hour on opening day to try the food. It was worth every minute of the wait. I heard some of my favorite songs being played, laughed with strangers, and the food was amazing. I actually went home and came back for dinner. This is a new landmark in Houston. I highly recommend.
