  Great Experience so far. Really eased up a lot the process for renting a property. Some bump over here and there, but overall a positive experience.

  Mr. Manuel Barrera has been such a pleasure to work with. Upon moving in to the rental property there were some frustrating moments with appliances not working. He has been very helpful every single time in resolving every issue in a prompt and professional manner. Thank you so much for all your help and especially your follow up to make sure everything has been taken care of. I give them Five stars all the way!!

  Jamie Reid is an amazing agent. She responds right away to all of my inquires. She stays at the top of her tasks and get back to me as soon as she has a reply from my tenant. She has a great follow up skills. What I like the most she responds to my emails immediately so I do not keep wondering what’s going on with my property. Amazing Job. Keep up the good work!

  It is not quite often that I follow up and write a review for anyone or anything since most do not stand out, they are just mediocre. This review is the only exception ever since I worked with Cynthia Smith from Renters Warehouse. From the start of this business venture with my parents, we had a dilemma since we owned three properties without any renters and did not know the procedures of finding quality renters. This is where from a simple phone call, Cynthia came to our assistance. From the first time we all met, we had an instant connection with Cynthia since she has a bright, charismatic personality and holds a high integrity unlike many others in this same industry. Another point from my own experience is the utmost respect Cynthia presents me with, even though I am not the primary decision maker. Communicating with her is unparalleled by many others, and she will go out of the way to call or message me personally relaying all the information that had been said to my parents. That same day forward, she followed up to have all the necessary documentation completed and worked with us to our convenience to complete the listings with descriptions, pricing and photography with expedition. With much amazement, clients were coming in to showings and each time Cynthia would show up early to switch on the lights and make the homes more presentable, then thoughtfully return the home back to it had been in its original state. All three listings were filled timely, with even one signed within 3 days of listing. All three sets of tenants were diligently surveyed through Cynthia to provide us with the highest grade renters possible. With this all conveyed, Cynthia Smith is an exemplary example of someone who excels at their profession and it relays to her client’s benefit.

  I just want to say How amazing I have been attended by Angela Sanchez. I’m overly satisfied and happy having her work with me! She has very amazing communication skills and is VERY and I mean VERY efficient! She has the majority of My problems solved at my properties and is always on time with doing so. Once again thank you , Angela!
