Just be prepared to write a lot. The format goes: group session on a major topic, break off and write about it individually, then meet with your significant other and exchange notebooks, discuss as a couple. You get out what you put into it. They aren't going to force you to take it seriously, but you paid good money to be there so it's a waste if you decide you're above doing it.”
