“This is not your fancy hair salon but these ladies sure know how to braid. The price is reasonnable considering the quality and amount of time spent on each client. I gave feedback as my Senegalese twists were being done to ensure that the results were what I expected. I am very satisfied although I asked for the braids not to be tight around my hairline and they still were. Some areas of my head are still killing me after 3 days. Be prepared to hear a lot of native language while your hair is being done. I don’t mind because I’m used to it but I know some people think it’s rude. Cash only.”

“I tell every young women I meet about this clinic. I am so grateful for the work the women here do. Despite this, I do wish getting a hold of someone at the clinic was easier. Sometimes you get lucky and someone answers right away. Other times, like today, you can call 15 times all throughout the day and no one answers. So hey Texas, if can you increase the funding for clinics like this so the women who work there aren't slammed with work, and the women who need help get it, that would be great.”
