(January 25, 2019, 5:54 am)My first contact with Solutions Pest and Lawn was Melissa. I reached her by telephone. She kindly listened to me and told me how to do a return of what I originally thought was the wrong item sent. Easy-peasy...So, I took a picture of the label on the box and then opened the box to take a pic. Turns out it wasn't the wrong item. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I saw the correct product sent in an unusual box.
