(March 26, 2017, 4:26 pm)This review is about the pharmacists. I have so much respect for them! They have been kind in an area that I have usually been treated unkind and quite cruel (Walgreens) ! The staff is good for the most part, with an occasional off day but that doesn't take away from the truly amazing people who are the Blackhawk pharmacists.

Liz not only took the time to check on me (she always has a kind word and a hug) to see how I was, but she also gave me information about things that the Dr never even bothered to give (after 4 years of dealing with recurrences and not finding a root of the issue) or didn't even know! So when the Pharmacist is exponentially more intelligent than my specialist I greatly appreciate her! -

(February 25, 2014, 11:10 pm)The pharmacy department at this location great. The customer service at this location is nothing short of amazing. I showed up at the pharmacy today at 9:02pm after they had already closed. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager (Robert M.) at this location took the time to help me out with out me having to ask him to do so. He took the time to reopen the register to complete my transaction. Even with the inconvenience of having to stay late, he still took the time to explain the medication to me and make sure that all my questions were answered. I will be changing all my prescriptions over to this pharmacy. You just don't find service like this anymore.
