  I went to look for an apt. Then during the walk-in visit, i started to have doubt. once walking with the leasing Lady to look at an apt. If i move in here. Im gonna want to have BBq, Parties and invite all these Ladies to my Apt. One of them leasing ladies for sure..

  Best choice I made by moving here. Its nice and really quiet. The maintenance crew are quick to respond to fixing any problem. Last time my a/c went out I called the office and with in 17 minutes the a/c guy was at my door and it took him 5 minutes to fix the problem that was 22 minutes total. ???? The office ladies are really friendly. Especially Veronica. Thanks guys for the great work you'll do for us to be happy and rest in peace at Sage Hollow.

  You get more than what you pay for!! Moved in to a townhome and i love it so much ???? The renovations they’ve done are great! I actually came and seen these apartments before and they really did a whole 360 with the new interiors ❤️ And the ladies from the office and really nice and helpful!

  I have lived here almost 13 years and honestly it maybe one of the best values for the price in this area. There are three newer apartment complexes in the area, but you may have to dish out alot more money to live there. In an ideal world there would be no issues, but in Houston crime, and or issues, can arise in even the most upscale areas of town. That being said over the years the staff has always, for the most part, been very nice. The current staff have been nice to me. Maintenance maybe sometimes too busy to arrive the same day on non important issues, but they do on important issues. And when they do arrive, on important and non important issues, they have done quality repairs. When I go outside and see the neighbors we all pretty much say hi to each other. The walk score has got to be high because everything one could need is within walking distance. A Metro bus stop is right in front of complex as well.
