  I worked with Ken Baker on the Billard Factory Website while looking to purchase a poker table and chair set. Ken was absolutely perfect in answering all of my questions.....I would recommend Ken to anyone that would like a thorough description of any item.   Had a great experience with these guys. I bought a pool table from my neighbor. The communication prior to and during the move was excellent. They came out broke it down, transported and then set it up. The guys were fast! It only to a few hours and they did a great job.

  I’ve had wonderful experiences at Billiard’s Factory. Each visit has been met by knowledgeable sales rep. By the time I was ready to buy, I was well informed and ready to go. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and thoroughly enjoy my installer and the installation process.

  We stopped in quickly not ready to buy a pool table very close to closing, we felt bad, but Fred was willing to stay and help us "just looking" buyers. We ended up buying a pool table that night. He made us feel very comfortable because he was so caring and willing to help, even though the store was just closing, not to mention the most knowledge person we've ever spoke to about pool tables. We waited to write a review until we knew for sure the whole process was what we expected and the table looked the same as it did in the store. It was worth the small wait to get our dream custom pool table and our family loves it! The setup guys were fast and professional and even gave me tips, based on the room my table was in (with the way the light was shining on it and showed me how move about the room with the sticks) These aren't just setup guys, they also knew their stuff. Give these guys a raise Billiard Factory, especially Fred! He took complete care of us!! Would recommend him to anyone!!
