(February 28, 2019, 5:39 pm)Once again, Mike did a great job on my VW. I had the check engine light come on when visiting mm sister in Houston(I've moved out of town since I last used mikes services) and he was my first choice. I had to leave my car in Houston and catch a ride home but I had it towed to his shop first thing the next day. He looked it over and found that one of the parts he replaced when he last did work had a fault so he covered it under warranty and repaired it free of charge. He was also very accommodating with me coming to pick my car up as I work during his normal hours of business. It drives great, once again I have no complaints and can offer nothing but praise for his work. If you have a car problem just bring it to Mike and consider it taken care of .

(January 8, 2019, 11:00 am)I have been using another mechanic for years until he retired. Once he did, I started going back to the dealership since I was too lazy to find a new mechanic. One day I received a quote from the dealership that was way out of my league. I wasn't so lazy anymore! I found Bartuning on multiple websites with AWESOME reviews and many people stated they were repeat or long time customers. My husband called and despite being closed for the holidays, Mike answered the phone and was nice enough to spend time answering all my husband's questions. Mike is really passionate about his work and it shows! He's very knowledgeable about the cars he works on, he's patient about answering numerous questions even over the phone and his customers all sing his praises. While I was there another customer was telling me that he will only bring his car to Mike and his team and has been doing so for years! You can trust that the work they tell you needs done, actually needs to be done and is not to fluff up the bill. My car is running like a brand new car and I could not be happier to find my new mechanic that I can trust. Plus, the warranty he gives on their work is unheard of! Mike really stands by his reputation and work.

Not to mention quick to work with you and look out for your best interest performance and financial wise. Will be doing some return business with him and would happily recommend him over other shops in the Houston area! Great customer service is number one in my book.

(December 7, 2018, 12:41 pm)Great service all the way around. Mike is very professional and personable. He fixed my clutch in a few days time. His work is also guaranteed. It’s not easy to find good honest mechanics but Mike is definitely one to keep for future repairs.
