Therapy Supply House

Fore Getting my son's formula has been a hassle, never knowing when it would come, or being late has been a struggle. Until Sarah from therapy supply house started working with me. I'm not one to write reviews. But it's well deserved. She has gone above and beyond for me always very sweet and friendly and always ontop of her game. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Leslie and Keithon. Leslie was so professional in taking care of putting all of the needed documents for my insurance, scheduling of Keithon for measurements and delivery of my power chair. Keithon was so helpful in the assessment of what I specifically needed in a power chair. He delivered it and was so friendly and personable. Both Leslie and Keithon take their jobs very seriously. I was treated with the utmost respect by both. I was in customer relations for over 30 years and would have been proud to have both of them work for me. With their work ethic they bith would have done very well with promotions within my customer relations departments .

I usually don’t write reviews but my experience was exceptional. I was a little moody and began to speak very rudely to a worker by the name of Tasha. She ignored my attitude and handle me with the upmost respect. I applaud her and the company that trained her. Keep up the good work!

It’s hard these days to come across genuine people who are friendly and make the process as smooth as possible. I myself work for United Healthcare so I know how it can be on the daily. Company is awesome and super caring. Mateo is the seriously the nicest rep. Definitely recommend this company to anybody needing any breathing treatment supplies.
