  Kristin @ WestU Travel came to the rescue to plan a trip across 5 countries in Europe for my mother's 70th birthday. I had been working with another agency for 6 weeks prior and finally had to abandon that effort due to inaction. Kristen had 1 week to plan the trip and it was seamless! The hotels and amenities were amazing. The English speaking drivers and guides were also good! Kristen's recommendations made my life easier in terms of making decisions on details of the travel. My mother's once-in-a-lifetime trip was a fairytale come true!

  Three best friends looking for the perfect place to spend quality time together, we turned to West University Travel Agency, Travel Advisor Kristen Sandvig planned our trip. She presented us with numerous options, guided us to the perfect location, The Lodge at Woodloch, the resort and our time together was magical. Upon checkin we had a few questions, she responded immediately to our call and it was smooth sailing for our entire time there. She followed up to make sure everything was perfect and of course it was. Kristen has a vast knowledge of travel and I would put my trust in her for any future trips I plan.

  Can't imagine doing this amazing trip without all the help and guidance from West University Travel! Kristen Sandvig was absolutely brilliant finding The Lodge at Woodloch which fit all of our requests. I would highly recommend both West University Travel and Kristen for any travel needs!

  Just finished a four day spa trip at The Woodloch Spa Resort in Pennsylvania with two girlfriends. Kristen Sandvig, our travel advisor at West University Travel, planned everything from check in to check out and it could not have been better. I called Kristen in early February/March and told her what we were looking for and our budget. She sent us about a half dozen options and once we settled on a place and time, the rest was easy. She provided all the information we would need and followed up with us to make sure we didn’t miss a deadline to schedule spa treatments, sign up for classes/hikes etc. Once we arrived there was a little bit of a glitch with what we were expecting to be included in our pricing and what the spa had written on our itinerary. I called Kristen, sent her a picture of the itinerary and within 30 minutes everything was as it should have been. Typos etc. explained the mishap but we never had an uncomfortable moment having to deal with it. The spa was awesome and everything we wanted. No pretentious people or even guests. Casual attire was the rule of thumb and meals were awesome with a wide variety of choices. If you have special dietary needs, no problem. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing four day holiday with focus on friends rather than dealing with incidentals. We have already told Kristen to get ready to plan our next trip!
