  I love going to Grifols Biomat.They are very respectful and fast.The workers that are there are there to help you and answer any questions that you have.I highly recommend that if you choose to donate plasma I recommend that you go there.

  Scheduling appointments has been superb better than no appointments I don't have to sit outside Biomat at 3 a.m. just to be first

  Mann I've been coming here for 2 years, overall friendly staff. Now with the appointments it moves way faster, instead of spending 3-5 hours donating you can leave less than 2 hours. But if it's your first time comeing usually the process takes 4-5 hours after that you'll be marked as a "return donar" and the next time you donate it'll be less than 2 hours...unless they get backed up then that a whole different story lol

  I went there today for the first time. I have only donated once before and it was a really long time ago. The first time donor process took a very long time. From the time that I got there until I left was about 4 hours. I didn't find that the people there looked homeless as one other poster said. The other people just looked like average, everyday people, though there was one guy that smelled like he needed a bath lol. The staff was very friendly for the most part. The lady named Ms. Gail was wonderful. Ms. Gail did all of my new donor stuff and then she came to help me when I started to have a bad time during the donation. I ended up having to leave early but hopefully my next time won't be so bad. I'd recommend this place to my friends.
