  My fiancé and I tried most of the local high end jewelry stores when we were shopping for wedding bands. We happened to be driving past Tenebaum and decided to stop in just to see the selection. The store is beautiful and they have the best customer service! Hildi helped us find the perfect wedding band to match my enagament ring. On top of that, when my main stone in my engagement ring was loose (it was purchased from another jewler), I stopped in to see if Tennebaum could help. Hildi recognized me and was able to get the jeweler to fix the setting while I waited!!! She also invited me back before the wedding to get a complimentary cleaning of any pieces I was wearing. Top notch service!!!

  Laura, Jason, and Ernesto were nothing but incredible with helping me custom make a ring. I have been to many jewelers and have felt almost used car sales like in pushing their product, but here at Tenenbaum it was very much the opposite. It was extremely personal. They cared about what I wanted and made absolutely sure it’s what I got. I cannot be more happy with the final product. The communication was always punctual, responsive and helpful. I recommend Tenenbaums 100 times out of 100.

  I have been to Tenenbaum Jewelers a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. More recently I had two antique rings for sale. I went to Tenenbaum with the rings and was given their offer to purchase the rings shortly after. The transaction was effortless because I knew I was giving the rings to a place that will ensure they find good homes. I had a great experience selling my jewelry at Tenenbaum and definitely recommend! Thank you Christina and Hildy for your assistance!

  Kind and helpful staff, great selection and excellent prices. Thankfully not just another standard jewelry store looking to sell you the most expensive piece. Ask for Char.

  I had such an great experience at Tenenbaum Jewelers. Not only do they have beautiful pieces to purchase, but you can also have your own jewelry assessed for purchase. Cristina Mattern oversees this side of the operation and is an expert in customer service and professionalism.
