(February 21, 2019, 9:30 am)We had an issue that looked to be a very expensive fix. Our technician, Greg Brewer, troubleshooted the issue and discovered we had a faulty thermostat. With the thermostat being less than 90 days old he advised us to go to our supplier and exchange the defective thermostat.
While here Great also cleaned up a couple of hanging wire issues.
Pricing was extremely fair, service top flight. I highly recommend Quality Air -A/C and Heating Company.

(May 7, 2018, 3:42 pm)We are pleased with our new Rudd 5 ton unit. And the 3-ton Rudd unit you installed several years ago is back working very well after a drain problem was fixed. Our experience with Quality Air has been above average.
The drain situation. It is stupid that houses are built with inadequate AC drain lines. Not Quality Air's fault. We are both retired and shouldn't have to climb up in the attic several times a month to Clorox the silly drains.
