  If you want your mail or packages to get to their destination in the min. amount of time, this is your Post Office. The James Griffith Station USPO may not be the most modern post office in NW Houston, but I have used this location regularly since 2009 and have found them to be the friendliest and most efficient of 6 in the area, by far.
  They have never lost, misdelivered or damaged any mail in almost a decade and I am always amazed at how quickly my mail reaches its destination. One year, I missed the last mail pickup at Griffith with my IRS tax return on the Tax Day deadline. I mailed it anyway, only to find out that the folks there back dated it to the previous day. Great people there who know their stuff! I've been so impressed, that I started tipping the clerks last year.

  I have only been to this post office twice, but both times were to mail a large quantity of letters for wedding save the dates and invitations. Both times the staff here were excellent, helpful, and very kind. Even though there are several post offices closer to my house, I prefer this one because of the wonderful staff. Thank you!
