  James with Wedgeworth Pluming came out to help us with a main drain clog. I had another company come out the day before and he stated that the clog was in the city line. We contacted the city they said there was no clog in their drains. A friend referred me to Wedgeworth Plumbing and I'm so glad they did. James was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and unclogged the main drain. I was also very pleased with the price. I couldn't thank y'all enough for doing such a great job.   On time, friendly, caring! Unique situation (or maybe not so) City installed new water lines and hit my sewage line. Wedgeworth stayed a couple hours while City worked on the problem. Not knowing if the situation was fixed they provided a quote for sewer line replacement and camera inspection. Appointment reminders, meet the tech and follow-up all things that show the care about the customer service!

  Wedgeworth Plumbing combines excellent service, promptness and professionalism. Most recently Rex replaced my kitchen faucet. Not surprisingly since he is a highly trained former US Naval maintenance technician, Rex did a great job. I highly recommend the entire Wedgeworth team.

  Wedgeworth Plumbing has excellent customer service, fair pricing and their plumbers have extensive knowledge. They are always professional, on time and go above and beyond taking photos and explaining issues. I highly recommend them and will continue using their services.

  Rex and his accompanying teammate, and Erika and Denise over the phones were amazing. They were prompt and courteous with scheduling an appointment for our emergency need, addressed all my questions and concerns, and were thorough with both the job and clean up. I came across Wedgeworth after some extensive online research across the various plumbing companies in Houston, after getting tired of outrageous quotes and less-than truthful "required" work from even the most well known plumbers in the city. Our job needed a follow-up for some additional equipment, but even that was easy to coordinate. We will be using them for an additional bigger job in the near future, and now I am happy that we have reliable plumbing company that we can always reach out to for any plumbing needs.
