They also gave me a thorough demo of my new generator. Some of my sod got a little messed up, and they fixed that up as well. Definitely would recommend this company and do business with them again!

(July 18, 2018, 12:25 pm)This is a big purchase for me so I did my research and picked 3 companies to receive a bid from for the generator. It was clear to me that the other 2 companies sent out "sales" people that weren't as knowledgeable about generators overall, getting the right size and the install process. This is critical. The install is a big chunk of the price. One guy from a large company here in town, was flat out wrong on the best way to install and that made his quote 30% higher. Andrew at AA Gen Pro right came out and I felt more comfortable with Andrew's experience, knowledge and demeanor. No pressure just the facts. Frankly, this was an easy decision, and I'm glad I picked AA Gen Pro. They did what they said they would do. Install was smooth, no issues and I'm delighted with the Cummins generator I picked. I highly recommend AA Gen Pro.
(July 3, 2018, 3:49 pm)Mike, the tech, arrived early for the appointment, explained and completed the repairs swiftly and professionally. And, informed me that the repair may be covered under a recall and to ask the office. The office quickly submitted the repair to the manufacture and notified me the next day that it was covered by a recall and voided my invoice. That is what I call excellent service!
