(October 26, 2018, 1:31 pm)Ok so i have been bringing my vehicles to this place through its numerous car wash identities and have always had great service, well accidents do happen and sometimes things get messed up. The staff (Chris was who we dealt with) was very forthcoming and never once denied any wrongdoing nor shift the blame to mechanical issues. Instead his overall concern was 'how can I make this right', and he made it right. The damaged part has been replaced. So to any and all who have read my book of a post...
