  Had such a great experience. Came in to trade in my old vacuum for a new one. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the owner was so nice and helpful! I walked out with a fantastic new setup that will serve my family well! He was VERY fair with the trade in of my old vacuum. I will definitely be coming back here!

  Came in after having done some research on vacuums and with a general idea of what I wanted. The salesmen/owner was excellent! After talking to me he recommended a model that would suit my needs perfectly and was cheaper than the model I came in to see. He gave an excellent price compared to online vendors and the customer service was top notch. I am very happy with my purchase and the performance of this vacuum and would drive all the way from Richmond many times over to repeat this positive experience.

  Puppy decided to taste test the cord on my Rug Doctor carpet shampooer. 15 minutes and $25 later I have a brand new cord. Steve is great and very nice! Thanks for the awesome service

  Before coming here I originally knew what i wanted (Miele C3 Marlin), and was going to purchase it online. When i came in, i was greeted by the owner and informed him i was shopping for a Miele vacuum. Not only did the gentleman give a great demo of the unit and comparison models, he informed me that with my needs, i would be well suited going with the unit below the one i wanted which would of saved me $100. On top of this, he offered a better warranty and a better price than the online retailers. I was shocked that someone local would beat online pricing, and I purchased the model i originally wanted the following week. To sum up, come here if you want to purchase from people who know vacuums, people that are honest, and people that aren't trying to make the biggest sale for their own profits.
